Authorities have charged a twenty-nine-year-old individual from Afghanistan with a charge of first-degree murder and charges of attempted murder while armed.

“She had a lot of kindness and she certainly had bravery,” the governor addressed the crowd at the vigil. “Though her time ended too soon, she has left a mark that’s going to be remembered always.”
